Don't want a chat first? One tap gives you the Task Manager's Board — Pending, On Hold, Complete, your own categories, urgency and reminders.
Reminders that actually nudge
Set Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly on a task and it emails whoever it's assigned to until it's ticked off, plus a daily list linking straight back to your board.
Sub-tasks and attachments
Break a job into steps with their own dates and notes, and attach photos, quotes and PDFs that follow you between phone and desktop.
Lists and crew
Split the board into lists, invite your crew, and assign work to a name. Uploads ask which list they belong to before anything lands.
Urgent up top, overdue in one tap
Urgent and overdue jobs sit pinned above everything in red. One Overdue Actions button shows only what's already late.
Task demand graph

A short chat with Tom 'Dinkum' TaskMaster about your trade, your stages and the details you must capture. He builds your board from that — nothing generic, nothing you didn't ask for.

A text from the client, a site photo of a scribbled list, an email, a quote. Drop it in and it comes out as tasks with dates, urgency and notes filled in.

Check it, then work it
Every read lands as a draft you approve. Then it's a simple keyboard-quick list with your own saved views — not a project management second job.
Put it on your phone
Install Task Master like an app — full screen, own icon, one tap from the home screen. Works on the web too, same board either way.
Once it's installed on Android, Task Master turns up in the screenshot share sheet — snap the text or the job sheet, hit Share, pick Task Master and Tom writes the task. On iPhone, copy the screenshot and paste it into the capture box.
